We just got off a roof in the area where we were asked to provide a quote for a full shingle strip and replacement.
As usual, a round of roofers have already passed through this person’s home (roof).
Imagine this homeowner’s surprise when we were the first to say the roof did NOT require replacement.
No leaks.
No broken shingles.
Why should this roof end up in the landfill?
